you can edit the config file from the running smos.

boot from the USB, press Ctrl+Alt+F3, login with username and password "miner" and run

sudo nano /mnt/user/config.txt

it will open config file in text editor. Make changes and save by pressing Ctr+X, y, Enter

then reboot.
